Originally from Scotland, I grew up studying and performing piano and brass instruments, specialising in music throughout a Bachelor degree in Primary Education. While working as a teacher in Glasgow, I found myself drawn to natural therapies and completed a Diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy and Massage in 2001. I relocated to Australia where I continued my massage studies and achieved my Certificate 4 and then Diploma in Remedial Massage.
Looking to bring a deeper, more meaningful form of energy work into my sessions, I also achieved my Reiki Master certification and regularly use energy work and crystals to support both myself and my clients.
I also continued my musical journey playing with my local brass band Central Coast Brass at a National Championship winning level.
I have been practicing various styles of yoga regularly since my pregnancies which allows me to remain connected with my own physical and energetic needs, so I can best serve others.
Further inspired by the Eastern philosophies and teachings of Yoga and Reiki, I also began Martial Arts karate training in 2019 and aiming to achieve my black belt in the next few years. Without a doubt, the discipline, grounding, focus and life lessons I have developed with my martial arts training are instrumental in my development as a therapist.

Being musical, I have always been drawn to using sound in my sessions, and although singing bowls are a beautiful addition, I knew I needed a more directed and strategic approach to tailor to clients individual needs.
The Acutonics® Integrative Sound Medicine system is the perfect embodiment of my passions – body/energy work and music - to support clients on a deeper and more meaningful level. I truly believe that when you channel and draw from what you love and are passionate about, you can create something truly transformational.
