This COMBINED HOT and COLD stone treatment will provide an invigorating yet grounding experience - perfect for getting you more connected to your body and out of the busy mind- creating a harmonious blend of relaxation and invigoration. 

The technique of alternating hot and cold stones, or CONTRAST THERAPY has many benefits - reducing pain and inflammation, reducing puffiness, promoting muscle recovery, improving circulation and more. 

The hot stones work to deeply relax the muscles & promote blood flow, delivering vital nutrients & oxygen. The cooled stones constricts blood vessels, reducing inflammation & pain, & easing swelling. 

My specially created blend of invigorating but warming EUCALYPTUS, PEPPERMINT and CLOVE essential oils will further enhance the therapeutic benefits of this treatment.

For the facial massage element, I’ll also be combining warmed and chilled stones with beautiful organic Australian products to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
